Ritual procession & incense offerings at Động Tiên
The festival opened with solemn ceremonies at Động Tiên Communal House. This year, a highlight of the event was the grand incense-offering procession, featuring participation from 18 communes and townships across the district.
Visitors and locals enjoyed a variety of cultural and artistic performances, including Then singing, Sình ca, Páo dung, as well as traditional folk games and sports such as tossing ball (tung còn), volleyball, stilt walking, tug-of-war, balancing bridge walking, pole climbing, and blindfolded pig catching.

The festival also featured a rural market, showcasing a diverse range of local specialties such as Hàm Yên oranges, Nhơn Village apples, and fresh organic fruits.
Beyond being a vibrant spring festival, Động Tiên – Chợ Quê Festival serves as an opportunity for Hàm Yên District to promote its unique cultural heritage and specialty products to visitors from all walks of life.
