Mr. Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, welcomed a delegation led by Yan Jiehe, Founder and Chairman of Pacific Construction Group. This visit marks the first by a major foreign enterprise to the recently merged province.
Tuyen Quang is currently prioritizing regional connectivity - particularly expressway development - which will reduce travel time from Hanoi to the Thanh Thuy border gate via Tuyen Quang to just three hours. The province is also focusing on infrastructure development for new urban areas, industrial parks, tourism, and cross-border trade.

In line with the Politburo’s resolution to promote private sector development, the provincial government is committed to working closely with large, experienced foreign corporations.
At the meeting, Mr. Yan Jiehe thanked Tuyen Quang's leaders for their warm and respectful reception. He noted that Pacific Construction Group, founded in 1986, has ranked among the world’s top 500 largest enterprises for 12 consecutive years and is the largest private company in the global construction sector. With its strong financial and technical capacity, the group expressed its interest in exploring potential construction projects in Tuyen Quang and establishing a representative office in the province.
Secretary Hau A Lenh expressed gratitude for Mr. Yan Jiehe’s insights and development experience. He emphasized that all development must align with provincial planning, which is currently being finalized. He affirmed the province’s readiness to collaborate with foreign investors and designated the Department of Finance as the primary liaison unit to coordinate investment cooperation with the Pacific Construction Group.
