An overview of the meeting
Central Retail Vietnam expressed its appreciation for the province’s support and close coordination in carrying out the Commercial, Services and GO! Tuyen Quang Integrated Supermarket project. The group said the project is among those that have progressed most quickly and smoothly in Vietnam.

Covering nearly 15,000 square metres, GO! Tuyen Quang is being developed as a multi-purpose retail and service complex. After nine months of construction, a number of key components have been completed, with overall progress reaching around 75%. The project is expected to be completed and open for business in December 2026.
Central Retail also asked the province to accelerate the completion of transport infrastructure connecting to the project from outside the site, while creating favourable conditions for the group to conduct market research and explore opportunities to bring Tuyen Quang’s agricultural products into its retail network.
In response, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh affirmed that the province regards the Commercial, Services and GO! Tuyen Quang Integrated Supermarket project as an important retail and service development. The project is expected to help improve urban infrastructure, add a distinctive architectural feature and create new spaces for shopping, leisure and entertainment, while expanding market channels for local products and generating more jobs and revenue for the locality.
Regarding the group’s proposals, the province will step up efforts to resolve procedures related to construction, land, environmental matters and infrastructure connections, helping ensure that the project opens in December 2026.
Hau A Lenh also asked relevant agencies and Central Retail Vietnam to work together on market surveys and develop supply-demand linkage programmes to help local businesses, cooperatives and OCOP producers meet the requirements of modern distribution systems at GO! Tuyen Quang and across the group’s wider retail network.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his hope that Central Retail would not only complete and operate GO! Tuyen Quang effectively, but also continue to explore further investment opportunities in line with the province’s potential, needs and new development space, particularly in shopping centres, distribution networks, logistics, e-commerce, agricultural processing and marketing, urban services and tourism.
He also hoped the group would help create distinctive architectural features and vibrant spaces for shopping, leisure and entertainment, while joining hands with the province in carrying out social welfare activities.
Tuyen Quang is committed to creating favourable conditions for Central Retail to invest and grow in the province.
