T&T Group proposed funding concept designs for four major spatial plans, including: A 1,600-hectare urban development plan along the Lo River; An urban-industrial and logistics hub in Phu Luong and Truong Sinh communes; A 10,000-hectare master plan for the Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve, comprising 8,000 hectares of water surface and 2,000 hectares of land; A 6,000-hectare master plan covering the Dong Van Ancient Town and Lung Cu Flag Tower area within the core zone of the Dong Van Karst Plateau National Tourism Area.

For direct project investments, T&T Group expressed interest in developing a 200-hectare urban area along the Lo River in Nong Tien Ward, an industrial park spanning Phu Luong and Truong Sinh communes, and a 3,500-hectare wind power plant in Tan Long and Kien Thiet communes.
The group also outlined plans for a 1,650-hectare eco-resort and golf complex at Ngoi La Lake, alongside a connecting road between Truong Sinh Commune and the IC6 interchange on the Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway in Phu Tho Province. According to the Department of Construction, this transport link will drive industrial growth across southern Tuyen Quang.
Welcoming T&T Group's initiatives, Ngoc urged the corporation to expedite feasibility studies to convert viable proposals into concrete projects. He affirmed that Tuyen Quang remains committed to supporting investors and instructed local departments to streamline procedures, resolve regulatory bottlenecks, and ensure project alignment with provincial planning and regional development goals.
