MSA YB Company, a leading garment exporter in the Long Binh An Industrial Zone, is emblematic of this upward trend. Workers are diligently fulfilling initial orders, setting a strong foundation for the company's ambitious production targets. MSA YB aims to produce and export 1.5 million garments to European and American markets this year, prioritizing quality and timely delivery.
An Hoa Paper Mill, building on a successful 2024 with a 12% profit increase and a 13% rise in employee income, is also gearing up for a productive year. The mill plans to maintain its growth trajectory, capitalizing on the momentum generated by producing and selling over 340,000 tons of paper and pulp last year.
Korea Bag Co., a packaging manufacturer located in Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster (Son Duong), began production in 2023, providing jobs for over 100 workers. Having completed the first phase of investment, the factory now boasts a monthly production capacity of 80,000 units. With production stabilizing, the company has secured consistent orders, with over 90% of its products exported to Asian markets. In 2024, the plant produced 1 million items, generating 90 billion VND in revenue. Building on this momentum, the company plans to increase its production to 1.3 million units in 2025.
In addition to these established companies, several new high-value industrial projects launched in 2024 are also contributing to the province's industrial growth. Notable among these are the PP Container packaging production project at Son Nam Industrial Park by Sung Lim ViNa; a flooring board factory in Thang Quan Industrial Cluster in Yen Son District by Future Ghi Singapore; and a tissue paper production plant by Hong Phat Tuyen Quang JSC. These new ventures are also expected to make significant strides in 2025.
The province has set an ambitious target for 2025, with an expected industrial production value of 27.7 trillion VND, marking a 16.7% increase from 2024. The average annual growth rate for the 2021-2025 period is projected to reach 14.9%.
With a flexible approach to market exploration and proactive production strategies from businesses, coupled with specific initiatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the province is hopeful that 2025 will see continued success in industrial production and business operations, achieving all set objectives.
